Nick, Of all these, the seated female figure and the female standing with the flowers. Their poses are good and they are drawn more completely. I don't really mind the extra-loose line - keep that up. Sometimes, the pose itself can be the problem. The male seated poses are a little too frontal and top-view... try altering these to a 3/4 view.
Continue to develop features after you've established the gesture (clothing, hair, face) and incorporate environments.

There's something really cool about the one on the 3rd row to the right. Lot of flow, balance, and rhythm.
