Nick, A good start. You're beginning to capture gesture and weight shift well... keep it up. Try working into the forms a little more (as opposed to staying around the contour) and placing your figures in an environment - even if it's a vignette.
Aside from the bottom two the poses look pretty similar, even the bottom one a bit, because the person is facing forward. Those poses look pretty well drawn, but I think you need to try drawing other poses as well.

ReplyDeleteI love the style of these, especially the 2nd row one (left). Very textural. Would be cool to see a hint of value to give some more depth though.
